"I Ran Away From Home At 14, Was Homeless and A Beggar" - Samklef Recounts

Nigerian singer, Samuel Oguachuba a.k.a Samklef narrates how he lost his dad and ran away from home.

The singer turn blogger, went over to his Twitter account to recount how he found grace amid setbacks. Samklef said when he was age 11 , He lost his father. He however did not revealed the cause of his death.

He also added that he ran away from home at age 14 when his father died — He was homeless and a beggar for 8 months in lagos.

“Lost my dad when I was 11… ran away from home @ 14… was homeless and a beggar in 1004 for 8months.”, He said.

Samklef also revealed how he worked as a pepper grinder for Area boys popularly known as “Agbero” and learn the piano. ‘”Work for agbero as a pepper grinder…..started learning how to play piano….. the story 2 long. It’s called GRACE. SAMKLEF NONI!”, He added.

The Nigerian singer, Samklef who was popular in a 2014 song titled, “Molowo Noni” featuring Wizkid, D’Prince and Ice Prince, has however become a blogger.
