Take a view at the moment Marine One landed on the White House lawn to transport President Donald Trump from the White House to a nearby hospital — Walter Reed National Military Medical Centre in Maryland.
He is expected to stay there for several days after contacting COVID-19.
“President Trump remains in good spirits, has mild symptoms, and has been working throughout the day,” the White House said in a statement.
“Out of an abundance of caution, and at the recommendation of his physician and medical experts, the President will be working from the presidential offices at Walter Reed for the next few days.
“President Trump appreciates the outpouring of support for both he and the First Lady.”
