A Nigerian Pastor renovating a police station in Sapele has spark reactions on social media. A Pastor named, Ololo has renovated Okirighwere Police Station in Sapele, Delta State. The entire police station, including the offices and cells were painted. Gistvic reports. He also painted outside and the fence of the station. "Its my part of giving back to the society through my ministry", The pastor said. Some people feel the renovation of the police station is a waste of money. Members of Human Rights Group led by the Speaker of the Talakawa Parliament, Marxist kola Edokpayi marched to The Oredo Magistrate Court, Sapele Road Benin city for the justice of a Six-year-old who was raped by a Native Doctor. 6-years-old Osakemwen Eboigbodin was raped by Obiyan Destiny on the 4th day of July, 2020 in Uwelu, Benin City. The Herbalist raped the little girl for ritual purposes, sources said. The Native Doctor, Obiyan Destiny who was confirmed dead before the day of the hearing, was not arraigned to court. The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) said the tricycle rider who went unclad in Sapele Road was resisting arrest. In a viral video, a man went unclad after his car was allegedly seized by Road Safety Corps in Sapele Road, Benin. Peaceful protest against lockdown goes bad as two people has been confirmed dead after been shot by police officers in Sapele Local Government Area of Delta State. On Wednesday, Hundreds of women and youths in Sapele protested against the extension of the lockdown order by Governor Arthur Ifeanyi Okowa. They said there was hunger and that their businesses have crumbled without any hope of getting food to eat. The protesters, however, said their anger was that Governor Arthur Ifeanyi Okowa announced an extension of the lockdown for another fourteen days without the provisions of essential needs for them.
