Video: Man Threatens to Burn Down Bagel Shop Over Israeli Flags
The NYPD’s Hate Crimes Task Force is investigating after a man threatened to burn down a Queens bagel store.
On Wednesday, Nov. 10 at around 3:40 p.m., the man allegedly entered Bagels & Co, situated at 188-02 Union Turnpike, and made the threat to a 26-year-old employee in front of his customers.
“Remove those Israeli flags and shut the business down or I’ll burn the building down.” The suspect said.
According to authorities, the man was taping himself on his Phone. The matter is being investigated by the NYPD’s Hate Crime Task Force, which has released a video of the suspect.
