Man Found Dead After Shooting in Wynwood

Miami Police are investigating a shooting that left a man dead in a Wynwood neighborhood early Tuesday morning.

Officials said officers responded after they received a ShotSpotter alert near the intersection of Northwest 2nd Avenue and 22nd Street just after 2 a.m.

Officers found the man who had been shot, and he was pronounced dead at the scene. Officials have not released his identity.

Investigators have not released any additional information.
