Who is Vanja Bosnic?

Vanja Bosnic, 40, is three years older than her husband, Luka Modric. She was born on July 18, 1982.

The couple met in 2007 while Vanja was working at the sports agency of former Dinamo Zagreb executive director Zdravko Mamic.

After the midfielder left Mamic, Vanja became his agent and secured a monumental deal to take him to Real Madrid in 2012

Vanja Bosnić was born in Croatia so her nationality is Croatian.

Luka Modric To Real Madrid

Real Madrid announced on August 27, 2012, that they had reached an agreement with Tottenham for a fee of approximately £30 million.

Modric agreed to a five-year deal with the Spanish club.

“I’m very happy, honoured and proud to be at the biggest and best club in the world,” he said.

“It’s amazing for me to be here. I’m ready for anything and I’ve come here to win a place in the starting lineup. I know that will be hard but I believe I have the qualities needed to play here. I want to help the team win trophies.”

Two days later, he made his Real Madrid debut against Barcelona in the second leg final of the 2012 Supercopa de Espaa at the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, coming on in the 83rd minute to replace Mesut zil.

Madrid won the game, giving Modric his first trophy with the club just 36 hours after signing.
